Hotel Restaurant & Catering (HRC) Excel 21st-23rd March
Make no bones about it, covid caused a seismic shift in the way we engage with our customers as we grappled with Zoom and Teams to enable us to keep in touch with one another. Yes we’ve coped and yes there were some unexpected benefits but we didn’t see any of our customers in the flesh for almost 2 years, and that was weird. We rolled with the punches just like everyone else but there is no denying that something was missing (bit like alcohol-free wine).
But the time has come ….
We have just booked our stand for the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering event at Excel, London from 21st-23rd March and are almost giddy at the prospect of meeting new people from a new sector to see if we can apply our successful boutique formula to companies within the hospitality sector. I think we can …. In fact I’m certain of it.
